Ret (short for Loretta) has been a resident of South Montgomery County, Texas for 48 years.  Raised on a Wisconsin dairy farm, Ret likes the saying, "I'm not a native Texan, but I got here as soon as I could!"

Ret and her husband/assistant, John, have four adult children, 9 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
